The Subscription Legal Services model is designed to provide legal services to clients that desire continued legal advice, management, and expansion support without having to worry about the billable hour. Attorney Eberle invests its time to learn and grow with its business clients. More than legal counsel, Attorney Eberle is your trusted advisor focused on providing business-centered legal advice to help your business grow. Attorney Eberle offers a package for all businesses, from start-ups to industry leaders. Each package includes guided legal consultation, business coaching and strategy, document review, document drafting, and other things at a fixed investment each month. Attorney Eberle is focused on your business’s growth and long-term success. If one of the packages below does not quite fit your needs, we are happy to design a custom package for you.

Silver – $500/month

• Start-up entrepreneurs in need of legal advice and ongoing support to jumpstart and grow their business
• What’s included?
  • Up to 2 hours of document review each month
  • 1 letter each month
  • Unlimited phone/email consultations
  • One 1-hour in-person meeting at our office each month
  • PLUS
    • Annual business assessment
    • Quarterly legal project (4 per year)
    • Projects include entity setup, custom contract template, draft or revise operating agreement, contract negotiation, custom team training workshop
    • Quarterly strategy session

Gold – $1,000/month

• Experienced entrepreneurs in need of legal advice and support to protect and grow their business
• What’s included?
  • Up to 4 hours of document review each month
  • 2 letters each month
  • Unlimited scheduled consultations
  • 1 90-minute in-person meeting at your location each month
  • PLUS
    • Annual business assessment
    • 6 legal projects per year
    • Projects include entity setup, custom contract template, draft or revise operating agreement, contract negotiation, custom team training workshop
    • Quarterly strategy session

Platinum – $2,500/month

• Experienced business owners searching for legal leadership to streamline their business

  • Up to 8 hours of document review each month
  • 4 letters each month
  • Unlimited scheduled consultations
  • 1 2-hour in-person meeting at your location each month

*all subscribers get billed at the hourly rate of $175/hour for all work not included in the subscription, which is discounted from the standard $225/hour rate.
